System design

Upon analysing customer’s requirements we offer optimal display solution best fitting specific projects. Our customers receive connection diagrams, data sheets and comments giving full understanding of proposed solution. In complex cases we can organize proof-of-concept and factory acceptance test.

Supply of equipment

Whether in a turn-key project or apart, ACTM Visual supplies standard display products and tailored graphic processing. Delivery across EMEA zone is carried out from our warehouse in the Netherlands or directly from the vendors’ stocks.

Installation

Our installation team stands by to install display equipment that we supply, adjust image quality, configure graphic processors and KVM systems. If necessary, site acceptance tests and commissioning can be performed at the end-user’s location. When the project is completed the customer receives as-built document for future maintenance of the system.

Training

ACTM Visual provides two types of training: we train our partners to install and service display walls and graphic processors, which may be handy for first line support; we also train end-users to operate the solutions provided by us. The trainings can be done in off-line or on-line in English, French or Russian languages.

Service Support

ACTM Visual has both preventive and corrective maintenance plans in place. To ensure smooth operation of display systems, keep software and firmware up-to-date, adjust functionality to the changing needs of the customer, our engineers can visit customer’s site for periodic check-ups and possible repairs. All our customers receive direct contact of our support team which will handle occasional failures and ensure warranty procedures.

Our technical team is trained and certified by the vendors whose equipment we offer in our projects. Next to that, our technicians are certified by Mitsubishi Electric Display Solutions and can service Mitsubishi Electric display wall products which were supplied to the markets from 2010 till 2021.
